- 생명권과 식량권 위반 (Violations of the right to food and related aspects of the right to life)
- 강제구금, 고문, 처형 및 정치범수용소 (Arbitrary detention, torture, executions and prison camps)
- 외국인을 포함한 강제 실종 및 납치 (Abductions and enforced disappearances from other countries)

COI는 이번 조사를 통해 반인도적 범죄자, 김정은과 북한지도부를 ICC에 회부해야 된다는 결론을 내렸다. 이제 공은 UN안보리에게 넘어갔다. 안보리의 결정에 따라 북한인권운동은 역사적인 전환기를 맞게 될 것이다. 북한의 범죄, 이제 ICC로!
