#72: Religious Freedom Conditions in the DPRK
   http://www.humanrights.go.kr/english/northkorea/board_list.jsp?page=7& [148]

There continues to be a pressing need on the international level for further, more effective action that addresses the ongoing repression of religious freedom and other human rights in North Korea and the persistent problem of North Korean refugees in China. The international communitys understandable focus on nuclear security should not diminish diplomatic efforts to address human security in North Korea—indeed nuclear security and human security should be linked.
